How do I change colours?
It’s easy, talk to our design team. If our pre-defined colourways aren’t quite right we have 100 colours to choose from. Our designers are on hand to make any necessary changes, provide CAD images and issue final samples for approval.
Will I meet the minimum order quantity?
If you have drawings available, PDF, jpg or AutoCAD, upload them here and we will quantify the areas in question. If plans are not available, give us a call and we can talk it through.
How do I know which specification to select?
Tell us a little about the type of area you are working on, and we will suggest the most suitable specification based on your chosen design. Quality samples and technical data sheets can be provided upon request.
What are the manufacturing lead times
Typically around 6 weeks. This can vary based on how much carpet you require. Talk to our sales team about your requirement and we will guide you through the process.
Where is the product manufactured?
Like all Newhey carpets your Express collection products are manufactured at our factory in Rochdale, just outside of Manchester. If you would like to see how it’s made and meet the team who make it happen, factory tours can be arranged by request.
What are we doing to protect the environment?
In addition to our products being manufactured in the UK we also use a local supply chain wherever possible. All our yarns are spun and dyed within a 35km radius of our factory, minimising our carbon footprint. Our unique carpet backing system, Evobac, is made from post-consumer recycled PET, meaning that for every square metre of carpet we produce we divert at least eight plastic bottles from entering our oceans or going to landfill.
