Update – Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Following the Prime Minister’s address to the public on Monday evening we have reviewed our position carefully and as a result have taken the decision to ask all employees to remain at home for the next 3 weeks.



We have a responsibility to our staff and their families to ensure we protect as many people as we can throughout this difficult time. During this period all production will be stopped.

The situation we find ourselves in is unprecedented and we feel strongly that the whole of the country should follow the Government’s guidelines aimed at slowing the spread of COVID-19, reducing pressure on the NHS and saving lives.

The office telephone lines and main email address, customer.services@newheycarpets.co.uk, will be monitored throughout this period and we will do our utmost to respond to any form of contact in the most efficient manner possible.

Like the rest of the country we sincerely hope that we, our colleagues, customers, friends and family are all able to return to work and some sort of normality as soon as possible. Please stay safe.
